The Drishyam 3 box office run slowed on its first working day but still pushed the film past a major milestone. Ajay Devgn’s crime thriller, which opened in theatres on 2 October, earned an estimated ₹21 crore nett in India on Monday, 5 October 2026, and has now crossed ₹300 crore in worldwide gross, according to Sacnilk figures reported by India Today on Tuesday.
Drishyam 3 box office: Monday dip after a big weekend
Drishyam 3: The Conclusion collected ₹62 crore on its opening day, ₹53.50 crore on Saturday and ₹61 crore on Sunday. The Monday figure of ₹21 crore came from 16,254 shows and is roughly a third of the Sunday haul, a fall that is common once the weekend crowd thins out.
With four days in, the film’s India nett total stands at ₹197.50 crore and its India gross at ₹237 crore. That puts it within touching distance of the ₹200 crore nett mark.
Overseas markets push it past ₹300 crore
The thriller added about ₹5 crore overseas on Monday, taking its international gross to ₹66 crore. Combined with the domestic gross, the worldwide total has reached about ₹303 crore.
The North American numbers support that picture. Deadline’s weekend chart for 2 to 4 October placed Drishyam – The Conclusion at No. 8 in the US and Canada, with $2.7 million from 541 theatres, ahead of several Hollywood holdovers.
The real test begins now
After a strong opening weekend, the film’s long-term box office total will depend on how well it holds through the working week. Trade watchers will be tracking whether the Tuesday and Wednesday numbers stay close to Monday’s level.
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the third film in the franchise brings back Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, Shriya Saran as Nandini and Ishita Dutta as Anju. Tabu returns as Meera Deshmukh, while Prakash Raj and Jaideep Ahlawat join the series in new roles. Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Kamlesh Sawant are also in the cast.
The story again follows Vijay as he tries to protect his family, which pulls him back into a fight over crime, evidence and the law.
